Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Sentrieve you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Sentrieve on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Sentrieve is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that gives authorized users a secure, permission-aware AI interface to their organization's private knowledge. It connects your documents and channels, retrieves only what the asker is allowed to see, and returns grounded answers with citations back to the source.

AI-generated output is produced from your connected sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review answers before relying on them, and do not treat them as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how output is used.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may not use Sentrieve for illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.

4. API Keys & Credentials

On a bring-your-own-key plan, you provide supported AI-provider credentials and are responsible for charges on that provider account. Sentrieve encrypts stored integration and provider credentials at rest. Managed plans instead use a bounded platform allowance.

6. Service Availability

Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, the service is provided without an uptime, response-time, retention, or recovery-time guarantee. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and emergency security work may affect availability.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Account.

8. Additional Terms

Any order form or separately signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms. Governing-law, venue, support, and service-level commitments apply only when stated in that agreement. Prospective customers should request the applicable contracting terms before purchasing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use of Sentrieve after an update means you accept the revised terms.
