By creating an account or using Sentrieve you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Sentrieve on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Sentrieve is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows organizations to connect AI assistants to their knowledge bases and messaging channels.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may not use Sentrieve for illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.

4. API Keys & Credentials

You provide AI provider API keys at your own cost. Sentrieve encrypts these at rest. You are responsible for any charges incurred with your AI provider.

5. Data & Privacy

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses due to downtime or data loss. [REPLACE: Add your SLA if offering one.]

7. Termination
